Privacy policy
Effective July 12, 2026. InsiderGraph (insidergraph.com) republishes public SEC EDGAR filing data through a website, an API, and a Telegram bot. This page states exactly what we collect – and what we never do.
What we never do
- No cookies. No analytics scripts. No trackers. No ads.
- We never sell, share, or trade any data about you.
- We store no account profiles – there are no accounts.
- We disclose data only if legally required – never voluntarily.
Website and API
- Rate limiting uses your IP address transiently. It is not stored.
- Usage statistics are pseudonymous – which endpoint was called and when, never who you are. IP addresses are not stored. These records are deleted after 90 days.
- API keys: if you request a key, we store the key and its usage timestamps – used for rate limits and abuse prevention. Rotate or retire it any time via the bot.
Telegram bot
- To deliver what you asked for, @insidergraph_bot stores: your chat ID, a snapshot of your username, your watchlist tickers, and your digest and mute settings.
- We process your commands and store nothing else from your messages.
- Blocking the bot stops all messages immediately.
/unwatchremoves tickers; email us to erase everything. - Telegram itself processes bot messages under its own privacy policy.
Data about public filers
The market data we serve – insider trades, holdings, planned sales, corporate events – is public-record information disclosed to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and published on SEC EDGAR. Every row links its source filing. Corrections happen at the source: we mirror the public record and pick up amendments as they are filed.
Retention
- Servers are located in the United States; backups are encrypted.
- Usage statistics: 90 days. Bot data: for as long as you use the bot, or until you ask us to erase it. Keys: until rotated or retired.
Children
InsiderGraph is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has used the bot, email us and we will erase it.
Third-party links
Filing links go to sec.gov and the bot runs on Telegram; each has its own privacy policy.
